I will not share bad recipes to people, because who wants to eat bad, dry cakes? Whether you’re a beginner intermediate, or advanced bakers, there’s something for you here. These recipes are easy to follow and will make people want to order your cake, and that being said, you could start selling them!

The recipes are so versatile, that you can easily change the flavors of the cakes by doing a little bit of tweaks - I’ve included some tips in the book. 

These recipes have been developed over the past 8 years of my baking journey. Yes, 8 years. I filtered all my recipes, tweaked them to suit (mostly) everyone’s preferences, gave testers to a lot of people, going back to the previous steps and keep doing the same thing until I found the best 8 recipes. 

About The Author:

I am an ex-Consultant and an ex-Venture Capitalist, who later turned into a baker and started my own F&B business. I never went to a culinary school, nor have I ever worked in a bakery, or pastry shop. I have read hundreds of recipe books, YouTube tutorials, attending multiple workshops, and more. These played a great help in sharpening my baking skill, but what I found to be the most efficient method was the fact that I practiced a lot. I mean.. A LOT. I don’t know how much money I’ve spent on testing recipes and buying equipment, but all these made me happy. Whenever I got to see my cakes turned out beautifully, I felt proud. Most of the times, I found myself smiling and talking to myself and said: wow. I sound crazy, don’t I? But I just couldn’t help it! That just came out so naturally, that I kept doing it, every single time. Sorry not sorry. HEHE. 

In the future, I envision to create more recipe books that could help homemakers and small business owners in any way.
